My Address Book Did Not Transfer – What Should I Do?

If your address book did not migrate from your previous system, don't worry—our team will help.

You can:

  • Manually re-add addresses
  • Upload a CSV file
  • Contact your Account Manager to assist with bulk uploads

Why addresses may not have transferred:

  • Old system used multiple formats
  • Duplicate or incomplete records
  • Addresses not associated to your new Permanent Account Number (PAN.)
