My Address Book Did Not Transfer – What Should I Do?
If your address book did not migrate from your previous system, don't worry—our team will help.

- Manually re-add addresses
- Upload a CSV file
- Contact your Account Manager to assist with bulk uploads
Why addresses may not have transferred:
- Old system used multiple formats
- Duplicate or incomplete records
- Addresses not associated to your new Permanent Account Number (PAN.)
