How to Track Your Shipment

The portal provides real-time visibility from pickup to delivery.

What you can see

  • Driver assigned
  • Driver en route
  • Delivery ETA
  • Delivery completed
  • Proof of Delivery (signature, timestamp, GPS pin, photo when applicable)

Tracking Steps

  1. Log in
  2. Click My Orders
  3. Select the order
  4. Check the stage of your delivery in the Status column

For complex or multi-stop routes, each stop will appear in chronological order.
