A: Rates will increase ~ 6% for base and mileage charges.

Q: Does the increase apply to accessorials?
A: No. The rate increase is for base and mileage charges only.  

Q: Is the current fuel surcharge impacted?
A: No, the current fuel surcharge on your account does not change.

Q: Where do I find my current rates?
A: Rates are visible in our customer portal for users with appropriate permissions.

Q: How do I register for the portal?
A: Complete the portal registration form.
